A few days ago, Bharti Airtel took a big step towards customer satisfaction by stopping bulks SMS services . This was great news for customers of the telecom giants as more and more mobile users around India were troubled through such services. Being the first in the industry to do so has definitely given Airtel an edge over other services providers in the industry (though there might still be some disgruntled customers regarding service).

Air India – Most trusted brand in Indian aviation? Are you serious ?

At the outset I would like to point out that I don’t have anything against Air India, Economic Times or AC Nielsen. Yes you heard it right – Air India is the MOST TRUSTED BRAND IN INDIAN AVIATION ! To be honest, I don’t buy it, but before I say that let us first analyze the survey a little.

When I realized I wasn’t going to get it back I called the company because I remembered it was M2M-enabled and as such I paid a $10/month fee for Google search access and other online goodies.

For Amber Lyon, CNN

I see you’ve now gotten around to requesting an interview with me or a company spokesperson, 90 days after you ambushed our namesake and founder, Craig Newmark , following his May 20th talk on veteran’s affairs and other issues unrelated to craigslist, at a conference in Washington. You knew Craig was not in management or a company spokesperson, but setting CNN’s ethical code aside, you sidestepped company channels in favor of ambushing our semi-retired founder, complete with a misleading “set up” for your surprise questions. Now that CNN has aired your highly misleading piece dozens of times, mischaracterizing your stunt as a serious interview on this subject, and you’ve updated your “bio” to showcase this rare jewel of investigative journalism, you’re ready to try actually interviewing the company itself on this subject.

Could Smudges on Touchscreen Phones Give Away User Passwords?

The greasy fingerprints and oily residues left on your touchscreen devices are unpleasant to look at, but it turns out this is not the only flaw – they also pose potential security threats to users as they can be used to infer our passwords, according to researchers. These smudges, or oily residues, left behind by fingers on smartphones and other touchscreen devices, are surprising persistent in time and difficult to remove even through wiping.
