What differentiated the company tome at first was the company’s ability to power wireless VoIP calls over PDAs – specifically Compaq iPAQs via a low-bandwidth codec. As you can imagine, at the time, the codec needed to not only be low-bandwidth due to the slow wireless connections but also had to be super-optimized because processors in PDAs at the time were not powerful.

Apple iPad 3G comes with a MicroSIM which would be used to connect to the Internet while you are on travel with the charges being charged to your PostPaid or Prepaid sim card issued by the telecom service provider. In India there are no MicroSIM available and all the SIM Cards which are available are of the standard sizes, hence you need to make sure that the SIM should be tweaked a bit with the idea given by john , as shown below. This trick should be implemented carefully because you are going to cut the SIM card along the sides and this may even damage the magnetic ship and make it unusable.

I am a huge fan of any paradigm-changing technology and OnStar – the GM invented service which integrates a car’s computer and a remote call center is certainly one of these achievements. The service does lots of different things like provide turn-by-turn navigation but perhaps the crowning achievement of the service is the ability to connect to the call center when the vehicle’s sensors indicate there has been a collision. A few days ago, a couple was forced into their car at gunpoint near Chicago and a thief forced them to drive to a Currency Exchange to cash a check.
